Katelynn Rogers, BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with eight years of experience working with children ages 2-18, with a special passion for supporting ages 5-12. I hold a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and a certificate in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).
My approach is rooted in a mindful, holistic lens, using an individualized approach to ABA and recognizing that behavior is complex and sometimes goes beyond what can be directly observed. When challenges fall outside my expertise, I help families explore options like SLPs, OTs, or therapists to find the best path forward.
Adrian Herrera, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with seven years of experience supporting learners across multiple therapeutic environments—in homes, clinical settings, and educational institutions. I’ve worked predominantly with children and teens between the ages of 6-16.
I enjoy meeting learners where they are and expanding on opportunities for growth. My relationship-centered approach forms the cornerstone of my work, creating an environment where meaningful progress can begin.
